#Nostrmo 刚开始的时候也是使用 kind 10002 来保存中继列表，后来看到其他客户端用 kind 3，然后部分用户也反馈希望使用 kind 3 来保存，就改到 kind 3 了。

有何区别呢？
I can see the list of relays transfer, but only a couple connect though.
NIP-65 simple support will be published tomorrow.
