The #Bitcoin Lightning Network layer appears to have an issue with on-chain. This has happened once already, and now again.

A remote force close was done while my node has been online the entire time.

This tx is the one I bumped after it sat around over a week. Someone or something changed this TX, and my sats are sitting out in limbo.
