Problem is no-one wants to discuss what that change should be.

The trouble I find is that when people talk about change they talk from a collectivist viewpoint, it's all 'we have to work together', the trouble is, I don't want to work together with most of them 😂

True, but i tend to find we all want to work together when its easy 🤷🏻
