Not a skin. The knife was made like this. Victorinox does some special edition patterns some years. This one is called "techno trash"

It's the standard knife/file scissors toothpick and tweasers

Best to find cool old special prints on eBay. They're all about $30 unless you try to get one with the box it came in and everything.
