It's going to be a dark part, and this is where clients and relays are going to start to differentiate themselves with respect to the competition... in addition to how they handle moderation... yes, we could easily fall into another Twitter

Everyone is not going to be committed to freedom of expression, but it's normal, I knew it was going to happen... each time some are going to become more censorious instead of leaving it to the users' decision... it is normal that it happens
You need some kinda censorship otherwise spam and CSAM can destroy a relays. Nostrs free4all decisions was very dumb and shows that nobody building the software understands system administration
I can think of fleeting ideas but I don't know how difficult they would be to implement... in the same way there is always the option of nuking the relay, although it is the last alternative... really today I can't think of anything concrete for that problem
Competing tech to nostr allows you to handle these types of situations easily without nuking your local node or community for 1 bad actor.
Nostr now is a open notepad file to the world that anyone can write to. Jb55 of damus created an issue on strfry because his node was getting spammed and needed had to dump the db and do weird hacky shit
This open design just dont work in reality
