I'm currently leasing a house in the DFW metro.

4/3 3K sq ft - $3400/month

This place just went up around the corner. My lease is up in 3 months. Looks like I'll be forced to move.

I respect the expectation management but that is just an ask. Not necessarily the actual rental rate for a comparable home.
