I'm in Amethyst on Android and just noted there is an option to request deletion for a post.
I didn't realize that was even an option; is it being taken seriously by relays yet?
Just wondering.

I dont have an answer but I was wondering the same thing! I had a couple duplicate notes and tried it out and the duplicate disappeared.. I wonder how this feature works.
It totally depends on the relay...
I think delete just hides the post from feeds, doesn't actually remove it.
