Yes but its clear IMF wants to slow the adoption of BTC so what's the terms of the next loan. Removal of Bitcoin legal tender?

The terms probably don’t allow them to use it for bitcoin accumulation. I wonder if they can use the IMF loan as “collateral” in other markets and raise more private debt to buy bitcoin.

And there’s almost always a way around stipulations when your goal is to cut the umbilical anyway. A guy can dream.
