No. It is a NIP-13 mining tool that I wrote for Amethyst yesterday.

Ok, I'm officially mind blown. So relays could demand a certain amount of PoW on any given note to accept it. Especially if they are public... It could help limiting spam 🫠

IIRC this was the original use case for PoW. Would be really cool if it actually took off on Nostr!
