The ease of sharing long-form work on Nostr is unreal.

There are paid services like elevenlabs.com for quick text to speech that do very well. They have API connections that dedicated listener zaps could cover the cost of. Once cost covers generation and it’s stored it’s V4V and can be kept cheap and shared with the author. Bigtime authors could gen their own voice on elevenlabs.com and that could be used for their content. Could even NIP-VO a tagging that lets the author pick the voice and T2S guidelines if any. If not a third party service, Apple’s built-in text reader is even fine in many cases, and has gotten better lately. But the Primal UI takes over the Apple native selected-text context menu controls where ‘speak text’ would be. For really long stuff I’d even like to lock and pocket my phone and keep listening. Just brainstorming here. Enjoy. 😎
