Being so universally rejected and so obviously reviled by the religious authorities, most normies assumed Jesus was cursed by God. Surely a man blessed by God would be more popular than Jesus? But normies will be normies, and they are forever duped by propaganda from the establishment. Remember the prophets who faced jeers, floggings, imprisonment, and death? Read Hebrews chapter 11.
