on bluesky: when I came to nostr, and when I go to SSB and even mastadon… despite having nothing in common maybe even a directly opposing philosophy to other users, I could still see they were trying to care about what was under the hood… and to different degrees of technical sophistication sharing that with each other. I don’t find that’s true of bluesky… it’s twitter power users trying to secure their clout in a gated community before the flood gates open.

Haven't been let in yet so not sure what the experience is like. Also I'm in Android and haven't seen any info on an Android app.

I have a amazon tablet with side loaded google play i could be using, but im not really an android user. i've only been on for a few hours, there is this Japanese android client... i seem to have followed the development of at protocol (proper) outside of bluesky or am more interested in that, than 99% of the people who have been inside the gates for a month. I asked an hour ago about how passwords are handled, so i could try out other clients, no response.

I’m still a week and change away from the two week mark, where you start to receive invites. But I talk a lot of bs on bs about bs so we’ll see if they dock me for that.
