What’s hibachi. In Japan that’s a cooking tool

over here it’s like fried rice with meats n veggies

& recently I discovered it in burrito form

That’s a cooking method but the food can be anything. It sounded like you’re referring to some specific food with mayo

It’s usually sautéed pork, chicken or beef paired with fried rice, ginger salad & cabbage stew

Depends on ingredients. I wouldn’t put any mayo on rice but maybe on yakisoba. Def not on premium beef either
