I was naively assuming people don't _only_ have anal sex, nowadays, but it's so hard to keep up.
Whatever the case, suffice it to say, humans can endure a ton of abuse, and can even perceive such as pleasure. Mental distress leads to all kinds of ridiculous outcomes.
