This value won’t be absolute and will vary according to the difficulty adjustment of the bitcoin network (and the energy required for the POW algorithm). But it won’t change in #Bitcoin terms.

Because #Bitcoin algorithm cannot be changed, and everyone is INCENTIVIZED to play by the rules (or get heavily penalized), no one can abuse the system
