Bitcoin is the best thing that could happen to the environment:

- Drives renewables growth

- It's the only solution today to capture free flowing methane

- Balances the load for utilities (more renewable growth)

So who is paying to the newspaper that writes a hit piece packed with lies?

It's not the oil & gas industry, Bitcoin also helps them.

Environmental organizations most likely. Similar to nuclear, people in organizations that exist because of a problem will react to something that genuinely solves the problem they depend on with violence.

I would say its the banks. They are the main ones at risk with the mass adoption of bitcoin.
