United States of America lost the plot as a country for immigrants! Full stop! The law is outdated and doesn’t make any sense ! It’s almost impossible to keep your legal status here! That’s why the majority of immigrants lose their legal status or just go to other countries where the law makes sense.

You come as a tourist and want to stay here here is your options:

- change to the student status and be the student forever

- real or fake marriage (where you pay $15k)

- asylum that might not work and takes for years

- ahh of course invest into the USA half a million

- be hired by a big corp and change your status to H1B if you are lucky enough
