It's great how love/romance doesn't feature at all. It's like you're hiring for a job lol
Well physical attraction (all those butterflies and nervous feelings) is a must, but often gets confused as love

Love is more than just physical attraction, but it's not something that can be explained, you need to feel it to understand.
You can have a best friend to laugh and persevere through adventures with without any romantic love between you. The love you have for a friend is different, as is the love you have for your parents, etc.
But you know what you want for yourself and that's fine. I was just commenting that it sounds like you want an arrangement rather than are looking for love, but I guess our views differ.
Love is beautiful while it lasts.
I prefer a person who tells me:
"I trust you"
than one who says:
"I love you"
