If its a priority, buy your bitcoin in more private way. Strike, cashapp, others is for moving your fiat into bitcoin in the easiest, fastest way. NoKYC maxis have a valid point, but not everyone values their stack being hidden over everything else.
But just make privacy default and stop buying in shitcoin casinos. P2P is really the best way to get bitcoin.
