The calorie burning theory is mostly nonsense. Just eat healthy and try to add muscle and you’ll be good.

Oh I know that I always eat extremely healthy. Except for a few cheat days a year and today is one of them
I know I’m just saying burning calories doesn’t actually work like that. Studies have compared sedentary American lifestyles to indigenous hunter gather tribes in Africa and no significant difference was found in daily calorie expenditure.
