Don’t overheat your bone broth ladies and gents. Fat gets hotter than water. Not looking forward to tomorrow morning. Roof of my mouth is going to look like a Valtrex ad.

Okay I’ve done this so many times and always thought “wow why is it SO hot” 😅 I never knew fat got hotter than water - thanks for the tip!

That’s part of the reason why they used to dump it off castles onto the attackers.
