I guess if there are no regulations, at least you should be allowed to be armed and put an aggressive dog to sleep. But yeah, I'd also rather have some rules around that. It doesn't need to be state enforced rules either, but it could be disallowed on a community basis

There’s no amendment for pet ownership. It should be treated the exact same way as driving a car.
