I'm not entirely sure how these dynamic channels work. No expert but I'm sure that it either doesn't have enough inbound (even if it says it does because it might need to hold some reserve amount) or a problem with finding a route. I'm also not sure if the nose is even online unless you're in the app, which might also present a problem. This is why self custody lightning is just not great.
