Umbrel OS is Shit, Lack of customisation
What do you experience
Are they lagging ? What apps you pick up from the store ?
In general I think #Umbrel and #Start9 are great products. Not perfect of course, but serving the end product like a home server to normies is not an easy task.
Why Googloo have so many users. It's because of its ease of use. When you offering to much customisation and setting users started to get confused.
Plug and play, click here and there is how you target the masses.
Yeah a home cloud is not for everyone , it’s easy just use ready made product like iCloud , drive , or whatever .
Its design specifically if you have a little bit knowledge of network and how to set up things . The good part is that you have freedom to owned your own data and no need of hosting service . I haven’t tried it my self .
