Replying to Avatar hh

For this one, really the number 1 ingredient is a decent pot and extremely low fire, so it all can cook for 4-6 hours without burning.

This one, I let it cook for 4.5 hours approx. It was a broad pot, not so tall, so there was too much evaporation.
