Inflation is created by:

1. War and natural disaster

2. Supply chain disruption

3. Federal Reserve, government deficits, bank loans

What about supply & demand in the marketplace, can’t that cause inflation?

Sure, but supply & demand doesn’t cause the money supply to be inflated.

Supply and demand in the marketplace is temporary and often signals business opportunities. In the long run it is not a bad thing and eventually correct itself.
