Yep. My favorite is their smoked sea salt butter post workout because Im usually craving salt especially after a long run, but I’m out.

Curious, do you monitor your ketones at all? You must be producing quite a bit on carnivore.

I don’t. I did wear a cgm when I was first diagnosed with diabetes and again when I went from a plant based diet to carnivore. My blood glucose was perfect w/ a vegan diet so I wasn’t going to jeopardize that if carnivore didn’t give me at least equal results. Every single one of my blood test results improved most particularly all my iron tests in particular TIBC and Ferritin which were very low when I was plant based.
