Regarding Bob Burnett speculation on extreme high transaction fee via on-chain after the next cycle halving could easily shake out weak hand.

My opinion is that such scenario may or not happen but the market will certainly force the solution to this problem in time.

A simple solution that I saw would be that the whole non Custodial #Bitcoin wallet could come up something like send option of #LightningNetwork or #Onchain if such scenario occur.
