Just general posts. Not very many specialized relays out there yet. Less spam though, because mine usually costs an admission fee. Keeps out spammers.

You can also see other people’s relay lists from their profiles and add them from there

Yep. You can also go to a popular person's profile you follow, click on relays, and add relays from there.
