Pretty fucked up that nobody says anything when you smoke, drink alcohol, eat candy and cookies or drink a Coke at 10AM

But as soon as you eat 4 eggs and some beef, everyone starts judging you with “you know that’s very unhealthy right?”

Shortly after starting animal based diet, I got appendicitis and had to get my appendix removed. Every single person I known IRL besides my wife blamed the beef.

I had to get my appendix removed. I was eating the SAD at the time. I must've been an outlier. *smh*
