The very PROPOSAL of a 30% tax on electricity for Bitcoin mining makes my blood boil. Will that tax apply to Netflix's or Meta's data centers? No? Just Bitcoin data centers?

Then it is an impermissible content-based restriction violative of the First Amendment.
