this is how I see Govts selling BTC. people say 'they dont know what they have' but I disagree if it goes straight to ETFs vis OTC desks. Just one arm of the octopus washing the other.

exactly I think they will just accumulate and use it to rebase Debt:GDP along with some other developments I suspect in tokenisation and new energy tech.
