I have questions about wallet. When I entered my info, i received an email saying they could not set it up based on the info I provided (which is just name, birthdate, and email address). It is all correct info. Am I supposed to have a wallet set up somewhere before here? Where they’re accessing info from? (Do I sound like a crazy boomer on fb that doesn’t understand what’s happening 😅).
