God’s reprimanding brings perfection, it makes us stronger. Look at the trees, or plants, in a frost period, the submissive ones release their leaves, or sleep, i.e., ‘die,’ but resistance only brings pain. Funny how God allows us through freewill, to fall into traps of our own makings, leading to destruction. Isn’t that love? If it isn’t, consider the coldest winter days. The place I live at, currently, experienced an early frost, and actually triggered a freeze warning, which means many plants will die. However, below freezing temperatures are followed by afternoons nearing 60°F! An attitude of positivity, without grumbling, sustains the plants, softens the resistant, and strengthens the submissive.
