I’ve had a solid six months of training well with no injuries. Probably the strongest I’ve ever been, at 47. Feeling good!

Great to hear. For me it took almost 10 years from starting to visit the gym until like about 2 years ago when it started clicking with me and since then i have been stepping it up and almost every new day is my fittest day yet while also being in my fourties.
I’ve been training my whole life :)
Start working out! Make no excuses about something else being more important.

nice... 48 here... just starting to feel progress building cardio riding a bicycle up very nasty steep hills, beating back diabetes...
