I was on IG today and my algo took me to all these Americans complaining about the small portion sizes in Europe and how they would eat at buffets instead to “fill them properly” lmao . It’s like the orange pillers, they never actually admit the real root cause, you have to read between the lines. No fatties, the portion sizes are actually appropriate in Europe, you just eat way too much in the US. These are the same people that think fasting is bad for you. They don’t actually know what true hunger even feels like
As an American I support you to eat as much garbage and never exercise as much as you want, just stop making excuses about it lol . A secret eaters show would be popular. Here’s the premise- record them on their day to day in America, how much they eat, how much they walk, then have them go on their euro vacation and compare. The result will be obvious, they will eat more and walk less in the US. It’s not complicated. But health is a multi billion dollar business bc it is easier to make excuses than self reflect. I support these ppl scamming the fatties it is very profitable. They had a show like this in the UK called secret eaters, where they all ate way more than they claimed
