Why would I buy microstrategy if I can buy bitcoin?

You have some money tied up in a company 401k and you want to take a leveraged position to Bitcoin

In that scenaeio, I CAN'T buy bitcoin.

I'm looking for a reason to do it if I CAN buy bitcoin.

He knows it's true, which is why he sold his own stock to buy more bitcoin.

I feel like someone (Larry Fink) sent him out to slow down the escape to bitcoin.

Why would I maintain a 401k if I can just buy bitcoin?

(Apart from my employer forcing me to do so.)
