Mostly just time waiting for it to pass. Drinking plenty of water and I think trying to walk around a fair bit might have helped getting it moving.
The first time I had no idea what it was, I just woke up in extreme pain, had a scan to confirm it was a kidney stone but that also showed another one so I knew I was going to experience it again at some point.. The second time wasnβt as bad since I knew what it was and took painkillers straight away!
Iβve also heard that apple cider vinegar can help dissolve kidney stones. I did try that too but I donβt think it really made much difference for me.
