Years ago, I tweaked my back in an early morning workout. My body’s not as loose & my brain’s not as locked in before sunrise.

A few months ago, our morning schedule changed & I had to revisit the morning lifts. Whereas I used to rush through my sets, now I’ve got a full hour to warmup & prime, then get in to the working blocks.

It’s been great.
