I want to use nostr but my relays dont update so my feed is messed up

Check the relays I use.
Also, via which client are you using Nostr. Iris for example likes to act up at times. Gotta clear your browser cache and log in again to fix it.
Ok ill check your relays. I use Iris on android mobile. Ill try the browser.
