I think on Nostr replies (like yours) don't show up in specific (e.g., hashtag based) timelines. At least it didn't for me and I subscribed to that hashtag. Best would be for OP to make a new post with the respective hashtags.
I think you forgot to add #privacy hashtag. Many people follow it.
