If you send me the full payment amount upfront, I guess. Why would you need/want this arrangement though?
I don’t want to use PayPal or Credit/Debit card, Cash is too slow. Zaps are KYC free.
Account numbers can be rotated and refilled by different sellers.
It could be a use case on nostr, maybe even a micro app can be built around it.

They don’t take Lightning
Actually they do. But even if they didn’t, I don’t understand the need for an intermediary. You still have to wait for the intermediary’s payment to clear and you’ll have to pay their on chain fees to make it worth doing for anyone anyways. Either way, it’s all moot.
where do they take Lightning? I don’t see that on their site.
There is a site that you can pay through as a workaround. Though, full disclosure, I haven’t used it. You can’t directly do it with Mullvad, but then we are back to the someone else has to pay on chain issue. Are you worried about KYC’d on chain sats being used to pay?
