i finally figured out how i can avoid most of the toxic waste the EU approves to be added to food the other day - seafood... i live on an island, and the fish caught around here are out of possibly the cleanest water anywhere in the world people are out catching fish... and a major part of the supply is atlantic cod, called "bacalhau" in portuguese, which is one of the oiliest fish there is, i think of it as the beef of the sea, i have always loved that stuff

it has been quite surprising how well my digestive system likes this kind of food, also
