#Insurance companies are refusing to pay on old #SexualAbuse claims brought under a #NY law that allows a lot more time for the claims to be filed against groups like the #CatholicChurch and #BoyScouts.

To me the solution is for the organization to pay - then let them sue their insurance companies. I mean if the Catholic Church sold St Patrick’s Cathedral to a developer - that should be enough to pay quite a few of the claims, right?
