i had some goat meat stewed according to #madeira custom for dinner today, wasn't gonna do it but the man at the bar/cafe/restaurant/convenience store persuaded me

it was very nice, stewed is a great way to have goat for sure

you won't see much advertising for madeira style goat stew but it is a thing

goat cheese is a big industry here and so there is plenty of 1 year old male goats that need dealing with

the spice mixes they use are quite nice too
