I just had one announce the total as $26.43.

We don't have 1 & 2 ¢ coins here any more (the copper was worth more than the coin) so it's impossible to pay the 3¢ with cash.

They couldn't understand why I was laughing.

I always manage to offload more coins onto a boomer. I swear millennials don't even count the coins. 😆
