The NUT-18 Cashu payment request for the Hello World test API doesn't work, at least not in Minibits. And Minibits supports NUT-18.
Discussion
Lightning invoice doesn't work as well, missing channel connection.

Are you sure? What error do you get?
Are you locking it to the pubkey and sending the correct amount?
I tried both the testnut (free) and the minibits (paid)
I see the issue now. I think its because the payment request doesn't include `transport` but this is an issue with the nginx middleware I think.
Cashu NUT-18 requrst still doesn't work, gives me the error in the image.

As for Lightning, payment now works, but when entering the preimage, it doesn't work. Using Phoenix Wallet.

Thanks for using it and pointing that out! You’re right — the transport field is missing, and I’ll fix that. I’m planning to add "t" as an empty array for now, since L402 currently uses an implicit transport method via X-Cashu headers. However, I’m open to discussing whether we should introduce explicit transport methods (like Nostr or HTTP POST) for receiving eCash, though that might add unnecessary complexity to the otherwise simple L402 protocol.
