OP was talking about America being a better country than European countries. Countries are defined as a region under the control of a government. Flexing that this government/country is better than theirs is weird. It’s no different than arguing your slave master is better than another.

I couldn't give 2 shits about a government here or there. You can waste your time arguing over this thief and that thief. Seems pointless though.
Still, in all my travels I've never met a people I like more than my loud, sometimes over bearing, and even obnoxious at times, American neighbors.
