New layout for the Topics feed in Agora!

The focus is to better emphasize the post content and upvotes/likes, and put less emphasis on the poster's profile, since the "Friends" feed is where the identity of the poster generally matters more to the user.

Hey there! Logged in for the first time and it asked me to follow people, I saw people I already follow on other clients like Amethyst but only clicked a few. Now on Agora and Amethyst I only see I'm following 4 people but on snort I see my whole list...
