For my home server it’s currently just an older 4 core Xeon in a Supermicro board, running Proxmox. It is fine for the few small VMs that I’m running at the moment but not enough cores and RAM for some of the work related lab testing I would like to do sometimes. I’ve also got an Intel NUC that I am running as a Lightning node.
